Data was sourced from sourced from the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority and compiled aligned with international standards, following Ghana's International Merchandise Trade Statistics Technical Manual.

The nominal value is the value in Ghana Cedis at the time of the transactions. The real values are deflated figures, calculated by dividing the nominal value by the export or import Unit Value Index within the quarter of the transaction. The UVI is based at 100 in Q1 2021, so the real values can be interpreted as Q1 2021 values.
